There is no pro with those kind of people. You are just wasting your time.
Cons
They overload the employee while on salaries(end up losing contracts) - over work employees with teams in US in day time and India at night time - no respect to employees - steal drivers money by not issuing their checks after 2 to 4 weeks of work; they end up leaving the company and never get their check forwarded to their address - when renting the vehicle they will use the renter insurance to cover the vehicle(request an insurance copy) otherwise you will responsible to anything on that vehicle - They all act like they are not aware of the problems on the field but act like it is new stuff whereas others technicians raised the same issues - when discussing an issue with one, the other will come to pretend to solve it; but it is part of the scheme - the employee is paying for his own health benefit -
