miscommunication, lie all the time, dream big but people are very narrow minded. I also hear that they open new company to hire people, recently they opened esmartly and hiring people for it. One of my friend also got fired from this organisation within 6 months. How can a startup fire people ? Its very simple -> Either they do not want to grow or they hire only for small projects.
