Pros

Decent pay for a summer job. Gain experience working for a respected human rights organization. Get a look into how non-profits work a little bit. You gain sales skills, people skills, and confidence-building skills from interacting with people day in and day out. They protects your worker's rights, unlike some other canvassing jobs out there.

Cons

It's not really a place for long-term growth. I wouldn't recommened the job just because canvassing itself can be really tough. You can run into very rude people, or people that don't care for the cause that you're asking them to donate to. You have a weekly quota to meet for Amnesty. If you fail to meet it a few times, then you get layed off.

Pros

It was great. Working with mission-driven individuals is always a great motivator. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

Cons

None. Everything that was stated in the JD is what I got and experienced.
