Pros

Good office environment, everything you need tech-wise which is not typical for the charity sector: spacious office, new laptops, screens, kitchens, etc. Colleagues committed to human rights, exciting to work with, always having something to learn from them.

Cons

Extremely hierarchical structure. Sometimes feels like class society. That creates networking levels compared to the worst corporate practices. Almost impossible to survive as an entry level. Need to volunteer or work in roles that are not exciting for ages. And still you would not be prioritized, as the management does not invest in training existing staff but prefer to hire new, often overqualified people as such are always available because of the organization's name and salaries. There are exceptions of course and some extremely good managers. Would recommend only if you get hired as a researcher or high level manager.

Pros

It was great. Working with mission-driven individuals is always a great motivator. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

Cons

None. Everything that was stated in the JD is what I got and experienced.
