      Part of a large and prestigious NGO. Fulfilling and meaningful work. A small team allows to be acquainted with different areas.

      Cons

      Output expectations surpass the capacity of small local teams. Over-comittment and over-working are too common. Small offices do not allow for career growth.

      It was great. Working with mission-driven individuals is always a great motivator. Everyone was pleasant to work with.
