Excellent team working within many departments. Good causes such as working for individuals persecuted for their beliefs. Truly multicultural environment. Good pay for middle grades.
Cons
Human Resources department staffed by temps leads to multiple errors and inconsistent application of policy. Nepotism at Director level. Too many consultants!
