Pros
As many others have said, management is fantastic. It's evident they really care about their employees. It's rare to find a company that values employees as high as they do dollars. With the way Amone management treats its employees, coupled with the excellent pay, it fosters an environment of sales reps who genuinely care about their job and work to do their very best with each client. The coworkers are great, we really do feel like a family here. Pay. When they make money, we make money. They are completely transparent with how much they make and how much we make which is very cool. They pay us extremely well for what we do and it excites me to work even harder every day. They are rapidly expanding and I am excited for all of the great things to come in the future, and to be a part of the Amone team.
Cons
The hours can certainly be long. working from 11-9 really allows me no free time during the day. I would much rather work a typical 9-5 to still have afternoons free. However they do understand this and allow us breaks when we need, as well as time off for important life events.
