Pros
Free snacks, corporate quarterly events.
Cons
AmOne was my home for over 4 years. I’ve seen the company grow at crazy rates. The first 2 years I was there, I would’ve never left. Management from top to bottom was top-notch. The job itself might be the easiest job you’ll ever do. It’s a grind with the hours (11-9) but money is decent. However, once QuinStreet bought us out, we went from a private company to a typical publicly traded corporate company and things went south FAST. Almost immediately, after the buy out they cut out pay. They cut out pay and one of the managers comes in with a Maserati the next day. From 2018- present, everything has went down hill. They cut pay, management does not care about you anymore and you’re expected to be on the phones basically an entire shift with minimal breaks. Veterans have left because of how the culture is now:Toxic. When Covid came about, things slowed down A LOT. Instead of management trying to be there for everyone, they told their employees “look in the mirror”. I really thought I was going to retire here at AmOne. It’s sad how things spiraled real quick.
