Lots of fun projects to work on like campaigns, emails, paid ads, even video tasks. Collaborative environment, big team.
Cons
At that time (2022), they were only paying contractors (or at least me) ONCE a month. They had up to 30 days from the invoice date to fulfill, it was super annoying waiting for my invoices to be paid. Took me several attempts to get my 1099 from them too when filing taxes. Not that communicative -- came in with the expectations that my freelance role could turn full-time but it never did. They did not follow up until I asked about it! They eventually phased me out of the contractor role slowly without any proper ending or communication.
