      There are no “pros” with a company who spams people with emails.

      Cons

      If you believe working with a agency that lacks ethics, has no market understanding, and cannot hire people who know what their client is seeking, then Ampcus is the place for you!

      Pros

      The company is really proactive in coordinating with the end-client and keeping me looped in. They have a strong reputation in the DC area. They also offer a handful of insurance add-ons for catastrophic events for hospital indemnity and hospital stays separate from their health insurance offering.

      Cons

      Health Insurance options need improvement. Also, as a contractor I'd gladly forfeit health insurance for PTO coverage.
