Owners repeatedly ignored serious misconduct when reported to them they would excuse the behaviors as “that’s just his personality” Front office staff will delete emails and pretend they didn’t receive them. Most embroidered products look very low quality due to inexperienced designers that do not know how to digitize the embroidery files along with the owners not performing routine maintenance on any of their machines. Constant spelling mistakes in final designs that are sent to production and installed. If by chance they notice the mistake it is required you don’t fix or inform the client unless the client notices the mistake. With the exception of the owners, a rude receptionist and a man who is continuously inappropriate they have a revolving door of employees. In my year of working there the staff had turned over twice. It’s not a good company and I wouldn’t recommend being an employee or even buying their products, to my worst enemy.
