You will be told to "figure it out" as a replacement for quality training and development. -Certain people are overworked and no one seems to care -Very high attrition rate -Pay could be better -PTO structure is for vacation, times off, sick, etc., and you accrue at a snail's pace -Absolutely disorganized -Some managers should not be in the roles that they have because of attitude, lack of knowledge, or complete ignorance of issues surrounding them -Constant struggles with laptops and IT never seemed to be able to fix the issues -Many open positions that they haven't been able to fill for a long time
