      Pros

      + Unionized. Will have a pay raises aprox. every 1-2 years. + Very good medical insurance. + PPE, uniforms provided, cleaned and stored. Additional funding for safety glasses (Rx needed) and safety shoes/boots (from catalog) + Potential overtime available

      Cons

      - Extremely physical labor. You will get sore and might hurt yourself. (First 3-6 months are the hardest) - Outdated and extremely faulty machinery. - Very high temperatures, loud noises and strong smells inside plant building. - Strict points system regarding absences (ideally to increase/maintain reliability)
