Pros

You will join a new job or your first job with a lot of expectations and aspirations towards career, this is the company which will bury everything, i am writing this long post just to save you from all these experiences, You will learn life's important lessons on which company to not join because this company doesn't have any pros. MD talks in flowery language just don't believe it and reach out to actual employees after interview. The only pro out of searching so hard is you can have a direct client exposure for a small time and learn directly and hikes are good if you are not fired before that, or if you are fresher managers pet(a manger with 1 year experience is a fresher manager). By the way most of the positive reviews are written by HR under the guidance of MD, i don't hold any grudge towards this company at all, but just good intentions to save many people from this draconian company which will destroy your interest towards career. Jack ma(Alibaba founder) said "In your first job find the best boss who guides you to success"- definitely you will not find that leader here.

Cons

1. Its a school environment the MD is like a principal who sits in his cabin and watches everyone in CCTV camera and shouts at everyone like how a principal does, literal school environment. You have to sign a bond for 2.5 years enough to kill your interest towards a career otherwise the MD will go to any extent and file cases on you to get money. 2. second its MD and the puppet HR: I have reasons, as all the below reviews mention this guy is really cranky and he is clueless and he doesn't know how to take this company forward and shouts randomly at every person in every meeting. HR does nothing except following his commands. No one dares to speak against him, and HR just follows his command on warnings, firings and CCTV inspections worst than a school. 3. Hiring and Firing: all young boys and girls and seniors with families the first thing you expect from a company in these difficult times of recession is job safety and growth. Here MD decides to hire some one some day and decides to fire some one next month. You will be left job less without no mistake of yours and you will not know how to pay your next month school fees/rent. The reasons the HR says will be silly and what can she do when MD just sends a mail and ask her to fire anyone randomly, she just follows his orders. 4. Developers to an extent are better but if you join as a BA after being interviewed for a testing position your career is destroyed, you dont know whether you are a BA/Tester or what? don't believe me, connect with anyone on linkedin and find out how frustrated people are with this company and MD. 5. Across all departments people are fired developers/sales/BA's you will not know untill HR calls you to one of the conference rooms and gives you a pink slip with strange reasons, directed by MD or 1 year fresher Managers . They don't have a proper HR policy and even make the employees suffer for Experience letters you have to beg the HR repeatedly and madam responds only once arrogantly(Known from fellows who left). 6. Most of the employees in the company are freshers and your reporting managers are also freshers with 1 year experience, they don't know how to handle fresh reportees and start behaving like seniors in college under MD principal. 7. The salaries are really low and even an swiggy delivery boy gets more money than you. Experienced with high salaries better avoid. 8. this company is established nearly 10 years back but not more than 90 employees with a confused boss(+/-10 firings every month) 9.Many people abscond to escape this company, because the HR will blackmail with court cases if you want to leave in the bond period directed by MD. 10. HR themselves doesn't follow proper policies and you will either find them on leave or out of office whenever you need them. 11. Old technology stack and not optimized to latest technology stack which fails with every new update, as the core foundation of the product is not strong. 12. They conduct something unique called feedback session for improvements but carefully skip disturbing facts and take only few suitable. 13. Go for any company for interview and no one recognises AmpleLogic, but MD feels his product is nothing less than any global company ultimately employee suffers, first you are fired, other interviewers don't know this company, you are doomed, atleast they know ola.
