Pros

There are no pros. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have given it.

Cons

My experience with Amplicomm Solutions was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. The management offers almost zero support — instead of helping, they’re quick to shift blame onto employees for pretty much everything that goes wrong. The work quality expectations are unclear, yet the criticism is constant. It feels like you're set up to fail. There’s also a noticeable instability in how things are run — decisions feel random, and job security is always questionable. People seem to be let go without much clarity, which creates a very tense environment. The team overall feels quite underexperienced, which makes collaboration harder and adds to the chaos. Instead of building a strong, skilled workforce, it just feels like there’s constant churn. There is no support from the managers only blames. The managers dont know how the process is how the work goes they are extremely depended. If the work is not done or there is a problem the instead of giving support the managers only blame you and ultimately fire you. On top of that, the overall quality of work being delivered doesn’t seem consistent, and it reflects poorly on both employees and the company. The clients are soo unhappy that they leave in only a month. Only empty promises are made to the client but delivery is zero. If any company is thinking of hiring amplicomm as their agency would not recommend at all. Would definitely not recommend if you're looking for a supportive, stable, or growth-oriented workplace.

Pros

0 Pros, if there is any Negative rating I would be glad to give - CEO is not Manoj Kumar, Current CEO is Ujjawal Asthana

Cons

This company is a complete disappointment from top to bottom. The management shows a lack of direction and accountability, leaving employees confused and demotivated. Communication is either nonexistent or painfully disorganized, which results in constant mistakes and missed opportunities. The work environment is toxic, with little or no regard for employee well-being. Can't expect any growth or skill development. Instead of supporting their team, leadership often shifts blame and avoids taking responsibility for poor decisions. On the customer side, the experience is just as frustrating. Delays, lack of professionalism, and inconsistent quality make it hard to trust anything this company delivers. It feels like cutting corners is the standard practice rather than the exception. Overall, this is a company that desperately needs a complete changeover in leadership, culture, and values. Until then, both employees and customers are better off looking elsewhere. Don’t be misled by the 5-star ratings about the company.. Instead of addressing real issues, the company seems more focused on maintaining a false image. Employees who speak up are ignored or sidelined, while those aligned with leadership paint an overly positive picture that simply doesn’t match day-to-day reality. The so called seniors has so much of ego, if you give them the feedback it will turn against you and they will create a hostile situation within the team so that you yourself put down your papers, or force you to resign, and if we don't they directly terminate you, even though your performance is brillant. It’s difficult to put into words how disappointing the HR function is in this company. There appears to be a serious lack of structure, responsiveness, and genuine concern for employees, which reflects poorly on the organization as a whole.
