Pros

Get to work with up to date technology and work on highly available and resilient systems.

Cons

No focus on legacy systems, the business just wants to build nice shiny systems and give no consideration to the older parts of the platform. Sales people / leadership need to stop selling products/services which aren't built and then expect a development turnout in record time to ensure we get the sale and keep customer happy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. In January 18 we introduced a new confidential Employee Survey, using a 3rd party, which will better enable us to listen to employees, every 90 days. We believe we have always acted upon the feedback we have received but want to improve, and appreciate your comments. Incentives and benefits are improving and we will continue to provide very competitive packages. Our technology and systems are leading edge and we will continue to innovate and be a leader in our market space. Employees get a great opportunity to work with up to date technology and a great deal of satisfaction from doing this.

Pros

Dynamic, powerful product, great benefits, supportive team

Cons

There honestly aren’t any cons, it’s a perfect company and more companies should take a page from their book

Pros

They give you a paycheck

Cons

The culture is super toxic. No product vision. No vision at all. No strategy. The Brits are your stereotypical coworkers - fake to your face and snobby/outright mean behind your back. For no reason! Most importantly - the CEO is the WORST of them all! Major ego problems and treats the company like his pet project.
