      While the industry is naturally fast‑paced and ever‑changing, which can sometimes make it challenging to keep up, I believe there are opportunities to streamline certain processes and support growth in an even more structured, graceful way. That said, these challenges come with the territory in a dynamic healthcare, retail environment, and they also create space for innovation and adaptability.

      Pros

      Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

      Cons

      As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
