Pros

I am extremely passionate and confident in Amplify and have never been more excited to work for a company. Recently, Amplify's 6 month roadmap has been shown with all colleagues and we are all driven and motivated to work towards our goals. I feel it's important when working for a company that everyone feels included in the bigger picture, and are able to feel valued and able to contribute to ideas and visions. At Amplify, we are included in the big conversations and wider company visions and I respect this a lot, it motivates me. I love working with my fellow colleagues, they are talented and I am constantly learning and progressing alongside them. I have such high respect and admiration for my managers. No matter how busy their days are, they will always make time for a chat or help ensure I do not feel overwhelmed with work loads. I also look up to them as leaders and have complete trust in their processes. I see myself working at the company and progressing alongside the company, I can't wait for the future.

Cons

Any previous concerns I had about working with Amplify have been addressed and there is clear structure in place to make sure the working environment supports everyone.

Great work culture. Employees including management were great.

Cons

Not really any cons. I just decided to go back into my field of passion.

Pros

Benefits, tons of different health/dental/vision plans to choose from and stock options. They are constantly offering bonuses that arent just going to the same #1 agent, doing small competitions for cash bonuses that keep morale up and adjusting the bonus structure in the employees favor when they realize things are out of agent control, plus having a base pay that keeps us on track in slow months. The company is teaching agents and their customers the actual product knowledge they need to make informed decisions.

Cons

No retirement options, base pay is ok (like 40k) but the commission structure isnt great, but for seasoned employees theres room to increase it, so its not bad, but benefits make up for it, and the company is newer to the industry so you have to prove yourself a little more with some clients and theres some glitches with the technology aspect and its constantly a learning curve.
