Pros
The company has a good future in terms of the markets they are targeting and getting rave reviews about the work they are doing. Every second person is designated a Senior Manager or a VP (don't know if that's a plus or a minus!). But if everyone is at the same designation, won't there be confusions all the time as everyone is in senior management?
Cons
I joined recently and found internally the employees are not satisfied due to the absence of learning opportunities. If the employees don't grow, how will the company? It's always better to first ask the employees of the company before joining.
