Flexible time ( come to office any time, but complete your work, meet committed deadline), unlimited work from home ( don't misuse it, use it wisely), very good leave policy( simply apply on app. Good medical insurance. Snacks on alternative day, offsite each year.
Cons
Favouritism by manager toward few people, Not giving equal opportunity to every one. Fixed increment in the slab of 5 , 10 and 15 percent.
