We have a great team. People are kind and respectful to each other. I feel like everyone is working hard to meet company objectives. It feels like a team effort.

Since the spin it feels less people oriented. A year into the new company and still values have not been identified.

The compensation and benefits package is decent. It's competitive enough but not particularly exceptional.

The leadership team is toxic, prioritizing personal career advancement over supporting their teams, which leads to low morale, disengagement and employee burnout.
