Don’t work here - Product Manager Amscan Employee Review

Long hours, no career development plans, company screwed me over. They pull a lot of shady stuff. The company as a whole is is on 10 different pages and is completely mismanaged starting at the VP level. It just trickles down from there. They play favorites and don’t give everyone the same opportunities to advance or even work on new projects. Only a small handful of people are actually friendly. There’s no newness - same VP level people have been there for 20 years plus and haven’t changed their ways of doing business. What major company restructures twice within 6 months?
