After loosing a lot of money for years the workload has bean increased so much that it is nearly impossible to keep up with machines. It used to be 1 or 2 machines with help when falling behind. Now on many days it is 2 or 3 machines with no help. It is common to see people crying from pain or quitting in the middle of a shift. Many new employees wont come back after the first day.
