Pros
The entire team I worked with, from analysts up to the CEO, were very willing to put in time and effort to help me figure things out. They made sure my time at Amstar was valuable for me and useful for them. The office was wonderful and the free gym membership was great. I got the chance to go out and see projects we were working on, which was instructive and fun. I think the work/life balance was really what you made of it and how efficient you were.
Cons
I had a couple of missteps figuring out the parts of a corporate work environment that are obvious to people that are in it but not so for a person navigating it all for the first time.
