      Process focus can feel cumbersome however the Team can always pivot to the specific scenarios thereby ensuring Amsted exceeds client's expectations.

      Pros

      Every year the company performs an anonymous employee survey. Each year the greatest reason people say that they work at Amsted is because of the People they work with, and the culture. that is awesome. I love coming to work with my friends and building incredible homes that transform peoples lives.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a job, this is not it. it is a career.
