      The pros are quickly leaving.. this use to be a place with flexibility, benefits and great culture.. it’s quickly being thrown out the window..

      Management lies a lot.. cutting bonuses for there employees.. laying people off due to switching to offshore people but lying in the name of “restructuring and low productivity”.. they are pushing out there employees in CST and it shows

      Cohesive Team collaboration, empowerment to accomplish tasks and projects. Accessible and engaged C-Suite. Relatively 'flat' organization with less concern about titles (though they are abundant) and more concern with simply working together to meet business needs. No micromanagement of workload or PTO.       Great benefits! The office is nice and super relaxed

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility at all. You are stuck as an associate with no way to move up. And when you do move up there is no pay difference.
