      Pros

      From the beginning, AmWins was one of the best companies I had worked for. My management was great, the job was great, salary/benefits, the company...all outstanding. The CEO, Mr. DeCarlo, is wonderful. If it had not been for one person, I would have loved to stay there for many years to come.

      Cons

      Around 2008 - an upper level manager was hired which created some issues (even stretches of the truth/lies).

      Cohesive Team collaboration, empowerment to accomplish tasks and projects. Accessible and engaged C-Suite. Relatively 'flat' organization with less concern about titles (though they are abundant) and more concern with simply working together to meet business needs. No micromanagement of workload or PTO. Benefit package is above average, reasonable 401k match, decent health insurance,

      Great benefits! The office is nice and super relaxed

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility at all. You are stuck as an associate with no way to move up. And when you do move up there is no pay difference.
