-Expose you immediately to the high-end residential interior design world -Great contacts within the industry -Hands on experience with project management, design, and client/vendor relationships
Cons
-Very small office (but a pro if that is what you are looking for) -Not a lot of growth potential within company BUT this means that the right person can learn a lot here before breaking out on their own.
