Unfortunately there are no pros about this company. Some problem are nice.

Poorly run in every aspect imaginable. If you’re not related to management or someone who has been with the company from the start, you hold no value. Leadership is out of their league and are simply not equipped with the skills necessary to fix the disastrous situation they find themselves in. If you’re not related to anyone in the leadership team don’t even waste your time with an interview. You’ll be shocked at how badly things are run here.

Growing company. everybodu knows everybody. Leadership passionate about the business. Flexible hours. Remote work possible.

High turn over. Leadership may not have all the experience to manage de company properly, but they are adding more managers with experience. If you are not part of the share holders you are second class employee.
