1. The work load is not that challenging and you can easily find a balance between life and work. 2. The wages aren't that bad (you can still pay your debts). 3. If you are lucky enough to get the 2 hour recess, you can use the gym facilities for free and still have some leftover time for eating. 4. If you are able to work there for more than two years, you can get some facilities such as scholarship options to start doing your master studies. 5. The people that works around are quite supportive and friendly.

1. The whole administration is quite bureaucratic and many approvals are needed before you can do a small simple change. 2. The job can sometimes become tedious and quite operational, not too many new challenges to face off. 3. More management than problem solving skills are applied.

This is an example of how companies should work. The enthusiasm and attitude of the team really encourage you to give your best. Also, it gives you the opportunity to grow not just professionally, but humanly. You interact with a lot of people with amazing integrity and you must show this to all the students who look at you as a role model. Also, vacation time is good. Many meet-ups and events to have fun.
