Pros
Stable & steady job. Relaxed atmosphere. Work at your own pace. If you push, you can do projects that suit you, although this depends on management.
Cons
Huge discrepancy in wages between different business groups in Limerick. One business group gives out higher salary increases %, more stocks and quicker promotions. Other business groups are slow to increase, little or no stocks and slow promotions. This is unfair and very difficult to work in an environment knowing others doing the exact same group as you getting paid 10,15 or 20% more than you.. either at the same grade &/or length of service.
