Flexibility in work hours & ability to work from home, Interesting and challenging work, high job security, good bonus program
Cons
members in the team did not get along causing friction and a tough environment to work in, this resulted in number of team members leaving the group leading to an understaffed team. Base salary was not competitive against other companies, poor middle management (always stalling than taking action), failure of management to listen to down to up communication
