      Pros

      Analog's HR facility is so far the best. Also. earning opportunity and trainings are provided. Except that they always put bonds around it.

      Cons

      You have to fight for fixture and tester allocation. It's quite a challenge to accomplish tasks that are dependent on tools.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
