Pros
Benefits are good but some are slowly been whittled away like bonuses for publications. However, company performance bonuses are usually very good although criteria is adjusted constantly to keep the payouts from getting too high. There are lots of great and knowledgeable folks to work with. Company technology is cutting edge. Overall the benefits of working here outweigh the negatives. Not many places offer the level of benefits that ADI offers.
Cons
The work environment offers pretty good work/life balance but Day to day work is very fast paced and everyone is very busy with not enough time to finish the tasks at hand. Several groups could use more resources to get things done but there is not enough hiring. Several recent changes of organization and management shifts make it more difficult for certain groups.
