This company still believes in technology, and will continue to fund some research projects. We've also adopted some new tools to improve data based decision making on what projects to fund.
Cons
Simultaneous added bureaucracy and layoffs have hurt the culture. New middle managers want to generate more revenue by demanding it from the thin workforce. Segment teams are not clearly a glowing success.
