      Poor direction and leadership from upper management, culture becoming more toxic and polarized, long design cycles with large teams = slow career growth and development, low pay compared to other companies in the industry, frequent re-orgs, layoffs, work/life balance

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
