      Health Insurance paid for, OK bonus, plenty of vacation days, pension OK.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive with other companies, constant thread of lay offs, constant re-orgs none of which are to the benefit of the workers. very little funding going into tools/software employs use, management is very poor.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
