The engineers on the ground are good.
Cons
Latest acquisition (Maxim) has added many questionable directors. Everyone I talk to from Maxim is a director! Historically in ADI maybe a director might join a call, now if I have a call with a Maxim team 4,5,6 or 7 directors on the call! This is not a joke.
