Challenging work expands your knowledge. Work/Life balance is on par with other companies.
Cons
Bonus payout formula is too limiting. No sabbatical to work towards. Currently 1 week of vacation carryover... This is new and can change back to no carryover as they have done in the past. Over many years now they shut down for the last 2 weeks in December. Some of those days you will have to take vacation time or go unpaid.
