Pros
I think analog devices has the best facility for a semiconductor company in the philippines. Good benefits like shuttle bus, meal allowance, RSU.... They offer a competitive starting salary. Opportunity to be trained on other sites (mostly to US and Ireland) Streamlined job roles
Cons
Since work is specific, knowledge to gain is not as many compared to other semicon companies. Work life balance is not achievable. You are pressured especially on important projects. There are some good managers but there are also managers that will sell you out. There are 1on1 discussions but actions were made on any of your request. Increase is also not as good. You will have to change company to get a higher basic. As a TDE, you will have to deal with a lot of stress. Leading a project, system time for tester, you will have to do other's work in order for your project to proceed, mfg is hard to deal with - they will only change their mood unless higher management takes action of your request.
