- The manager I had was awful. I was employed for a Software Development position and I arrived doing DevOps. I had 2 technical interviews in which they could have told me specifically that this position was more for DevOps. - They were completely dishonest and they tried to convince me that the work is actually not DevOps but it is Development. And all this while I wrote server side scripts . Now if they cannot make that difference between a DevOps position a Software Development position you realize how competent managers may be in this organization. I understand the HR has problems separating the two but you would expect something more from a technical manager. - The manager I had was having a real bad attitude and behavior. Not acceptable by any means. And I mean really bad. - I have not enough words to explain my full and bad experience so I will end up here.
