      I was able to improve my skills (technically, specifically in solving issues up to root cause level and provide preventive solution). Also, I was able to improve my collaboration skills as this was crucial in our job that needs to work with the team from other departments.

      Cons

      The cons that I had in mind in my recent job is we have less trainings and seminars that could potentially help us in our work.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
