It’s becoming a highly dumbed-down workforce. I’m a former Linear Technology Corporation employee who has watched ADI lose most of our highly skilled LTC people who actually had real technical knowledge due to very poor decision making from ADI’s management back east. They are being left with only the lowest skilled people as far as having technical knowledge is concerned.
