Pros
Your team will look out for you and there's always work available.
Cons
- No one outside of your team will care to help at all, so complex issues will probably not get resolved. - Products are pretty complex assemblies, but production is low-scale, so manufacturing is very manual and low-tech, which is not the most exciting. - There are rifts between management layers- technicians vs. corporate vs. upper management - More traditional and old-fashioned- there's an unofficial dress code, still very manual with paper processes - You don't really feel valued- from the interview itself, I got an exploding offer for 3 days and my benefits package didn't arrive by mail until the 3rd day. I took the job because that's all I had. Employee bonuses one year was a $25 amazon gift card
