- You never have to work with dumb people, as the hiring criteria and efforts people to take to train others is really good

- Toxic and childish culture of gossiping (search our Fishbowl) - Took away our contractual bonuses and replaced with (valueless) stock options - Pay freeze in the same year bonuses taken away meaning massive drop in pay - Hiding company (under)performance from employees, which breeds a negative air of discontent throughout the firm
