Excellent leaders, in technical perspective they're among the most skillful people in data sector. You can learn so much in a relaxed environment. They're also very friendly. Non-official gatherings are common. You're free to improvise and apply your own solutions. Learning new technologies and presenting new ideas are also aggressively encouraged. If you're passionate about learning but don't know where to start testing your skills, this workplace is suited for you. Hierarchy related problems, mobbing etc. are non-existant. You can work with different customers on different working fields, short or long term, which can massively contributes your soft skills and business understanding.

Weak corporate structure due to being relatively a young company. They have Komtaş backing them up , so things are improving but slowly. You need to be well-organized on your own sometimes. Don't expect too much for salary and extras. It's not on the same level with bigger companies.
