The team is the "roll up the sleeves" get to work type that doesn't need a pat on the back every time a project is completed. Analytics Ventures (AV) environment is more like; What's next? Where can we improve? How can we better ourselves to more efficient and collaborative? The team has invested interest in the startups we incubate and we take pride in everything that we do.
We've developed our own running club, surfing club and attend meetups regularly. Our CTO, Chief AI Officer, Manager Directors are right there with us and continue to get involved in anyway they can.
