There are some truly amazing companies that we get to work on and with here at Analytics Ventures, and it helps that everyone is at the top of their respective fields.

None that stand out. But communication sometimes could be better.

The team is the "roll up the sleeves" get to work type that doesn't need a pat on the back every time a project is completed. Analytics Ventures (AV) environment is more like; What's next? Where can we improve? How can we better ourselves to more efficient and collaborative? The team has invested interest in the startups we incubate and we take pride in everything that we do. We've developed our own running club, surfing club and attend meetups regularly. Our CTO, Chief AI Officer, Manager Directors are right there with us and continue to get involved in anyway they can. All entrepreneurs at heart, Analytics Ventures (AV) is a team who is out to build cutting edge businesses in a start up agile work enviroment. I respect this is a team that is intentionally a gathering of left brains and right brains that feed off the excitement of being on the forefront of change Comprised of industry leading experts in AI and ML, the AI lab provides all of the ventures with cutting edge technology.

The start up enviroment doesn't offer "cool" benefits like ping pong tables, sophisticated ambiance, inspiring quotes on the wall nor personal baristas. Right now we invest everything into growing efficiently, learn and big.
