Collaborative work environment with smart friendly people. Cross-marketing, product and marketing ops collaboration is strong with everyone pitching in as necessary. Good autonomy to get your job done and I don't see a lot of micro-management. "Corporate" seems to care about its people with great programs, random company wide mental health days, executive leadership has been approachable and relatively open to two way dialog and input. Cutting edge solutions for our customers to help with integrated planning gives us a wide "every company needs Anaplan" market place backed up with magic quadrant leadership positions. Sales appreciates and works with marketing in a respectful manner. Appreciate the promote from within culture as we've seen leadership leave since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo instead of bringing lots of outsiders in.
Cons
Procurement and legal process are challenging to accomplish in a timely matter. Budgeting process is still a work in progress as budgets get adjusted by quarter even when they are set on an annual basis which makes hiring and program planning complicated.
