Extremely toxic and unprofessional workplace culture. The PMES environment is dominated by gossip, favoritism, and individuals more interested in politics than actual competence or teamwork. Management creates constant stress through overtime, shouting, comparisons, and disrespectful behavior, while HR appears to have little authority or willingness to support employees. There is minimal onboarding support, poor guidance, unrealistic expectations, and a complete lack of healthy work-life balance. Employees are expected to tolerate chaos rather than grow professionally. As a woman, the environment felt particularly uncomfortable. There seemed to be an unhealthy focus on how women should dress, behave, and remain visible around management rather than being valued for skill or performance. Overall, this was one of the most demoralizing workplaces I have experienced. I would strongly advise women and professionals looking for a respectful, growth-oriented environment to think carefully before joining.
